Ways to Engage

Join the Massachusetts Community Health and Healthy Aging Funds Review Committee!

As we prepare for the Massachusetts Community Health and Healthy Aging Funds’ 2026 grantmaking cycle, we are seeking MA-based Review Committee members with diverse lived experience and/or subject matter expertise in a variety of Social Determinants of Health-related topics. Reviewers are tasked with reviewing and scoring proposals based on provided criteria for our Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) change approach, Community Health Improvement Planning (CHIP) process, and Healthy Aging funding categories.

This opportunity is available to individuals who are not knowingly affiliated with organizations applying for funding in the 2026 Funding Cycle. If you are interested, please fill out this short survey. The information gathered will be used to contact you with further details and instructions when we come closer to the review period in Spring 2026.  Additionally, if you think of anyone who might be a good fit to serve on the Review Committee, please share this information with them.

Thank you for your consideration!

Join the Funds Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee is a space where voices from across Massachusetts come together to guide the MA Community Health & Healthy Aging Funds. Its role is to make sure that the values we hold—equity, inclusion, and respect—are not just words, but actions that shape real change in our communities.

Members bring their expertise, lived experience, and the perspectives of their neighbors to help design grantmaking and processes that truly reflect the people they serve. This means:

  • Listening deeply to communities and honoring their strengths
  • Keeping equity at the center so everyone has a fair chance to thrive
  • Working toward a future where every resident can enjoy the highest possible quality of life

In this way, Advisory Committee members are partners in building healthier, stronger, and more connected communities across Massachusetts.
